Trimont Announces New Leadership Appointments

ATLANTA (6 January 2023) – Trimont, the global leader in commercial real estate credit management, servicing, and investment advisory services, today announces the promotion of Ted Wright to Executive Managing Director for the Americas, and the appointment of Tom Nolan as Managing Director of Client Services.

Ted Wright

Based in Trimont’s Kansas City office, Ted Wright will oversee the firm’s Investment Advisory, Credit and Asset Management, and Credit Administration business lines for the Americas region, reporting into Chief Commercial Officer Mitchell Hunter. He will also serve on Trimont’s Management Committee. Previously, Wright served as Managing Director of Client Services for Trimont.

An industry veteran, Wright brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate financing experience, including developing and leading asset management teams focused on managing highly structured commercial real estate debt portfolios. Prior to joining Trimont, Wright served as Senior Director and Head of Asset Management at SitusAMC. Before that he was Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Cohen Financial.

Tom Nolan

As Managing Director of Client Services, Tom Nolan, is responsible for expanding and strengthening the firm’s client relationships to further grow the business, consolidate service delivery and enhance client satisfaction. Nolan is based in New York City and reports into Trimont’s Senior Managing Director of Business Development, Beau Jones.

With more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Nolan has extensive experience in the acquisition, underwriting, structuring, financing, and managing of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Trimont, he served as Managing Director with Baltimore-based Realty Capital Corporation (a division of M&T Bank). Mr. Nolan’s career includes senior positions at Bank of America, GE Capital, Lehman Brothers, Kimco, Radco and privately held, Point Lookout Capital Advisors.
