Trimont Expands Its Presence in Atlanta with Move to Two Alliance Center
Move Comes After Firm Announced Definitive Agreement to Acquire Wells Fargo’s Non-Agency Third Party Commercial Mortgage Servicing Business
ATLANTA (5 November 2024) – Trimont, the leading global commercial real estate loan services provider, announced today the relocation and expansion of its global headquarters to a new office at Two Alliance Center in Atlanta, Georgia. This strategic move reflects Trimont’s commitment to growth and enhancing collaboration among its team members.
This move comes on the heels of Trimont’s recently announced plans to acquire Wells Fargo’s non-agency third party Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) division. This strategic acquisition is set to significantly enhance Trimont’s service capabilities and expand its portfolio, reinforcing its position as a leader in the commercial loan servicing industry. Upon close in early 2025, Trimont will be the largest commercial loan servicer in the United States, managing a combined USD 640 billion of loans, equivalent to approximately 11% of the U.S. commercial real estate lending market.
