As Executive Managing Director and Head of India, Ganeshram leads the teams in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. He also manages shared service technology, ensuring streamlined processes and technology integration to support the company’s operational efficiency.

With more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, Ganesh has led diverse teams across front office, middle office, and operational functions in both wholesale and consumer segments. He brings extensive expertise in equity and debt markets, including due diligence, valuation, underwriting, securitization, servicing, syndication, and relationship management.

Prior to Trimont’s acquisition of Wells Fargo’s non-agency third-party commercial mortgage servicing business in 2025, Ganesh spent more than a decade at Wells Fargo, where he held multiple leadership roles across consumer lending, commercial real estate, and wealth & investment management. He played a key role in establishing and expanding these businesses. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at SourcePoint Mortgage, SilverSkills, Accenture Credit Services, and Darashaw & Company.
