Chief Business Officer

Jennifer serves as Trimont’s Chief Business Officer, overseeing the development of the firm’s strategic and operational framework, establishing robust legal, compliance, and governance structures. She oversees rating agency relationships, investor relations, operational risk and governance, and process and technology solutions.

Prior to Trimont’s acquisition of Wells Fargo’s non-agency third-party commercial mortgage servicing (CMS) business in 2025, Jennifer spent more than 20 years with Wells Fargo, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for CMS. Previous to joining CMS, she held roles in community lending and investments in investor reporting, underwriting, and in Syndication Sales. She also held roles on the Strategic Initiatives team spanning all real estate capital markets, facilitating the relationship between technology and project teams. Before joining Wells Fargo, Jennifer worked with Bank of America Securities in CMBS finance and with Lucent Technologies in organizational development.
