Chief People Officer

Malvika serves as Chief People Officer and leads Trimont’s global People and Culture strategy, overseeing all aspects of human capital management to support the firm’s growth and operational performance. She also plays a central role in advancing a values-based culture and driving people strategies that support business outcomes across the organization.

Malvika serves on the firm’s Executive Management Committee and oversees a broad portfolio of talent and HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

With more than 25 years of global HR leadership experience, Malvika has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, leading large-scale transformation, and driving business results through people. Prior to Trimont, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Faro Technologies and has held senior HR leadership roles at Newell Brands, Bayer, Monsanto, and Ernst & Young. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with executive teams to strengthen culture, accelerate change, advance digital transformation, and unlock organizational performance at scale.
