Michael Delaney

Managing Director, Global Business Development

Michael is the Managing Director of Global Business Development in EMEA and responsible for maintaining strong Client relations and delivering exceptional service standards in the region.

Prior to this Michael led the Credit & Asset Management department at Trimont in EMEA managing a team of asset managers responsible for the ongoing surveillance of performing and non-performing commercial real estate backed loan portfolios for multiple clients.

Prior to Trimont, Michael was a Director of Asset Management at Morgan Stanley managing a loan book in excess of GBP 3.0B and prior to that, spent nine years as Associate Director, Real Estate Equity at Capmark in London making acquisitions for their pan-European real estate funds.
