Mike Janiszewski

President and Chief Operating Officer

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Trimont Global, Mike Janiszewski leads day-to-day business operations and delivery of strategic initiatives delivering the firm’s next phase of growth. His responsibilities further include technology, shared services, security, and transformation. He also serves on the group’s executive management committee.

Mike brings more than 25 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and innovation across financial services, technology, and private markets. He is also an experienced middle market private equity investor and advisor.

Prior to joining Trimont, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer of Alter Domus, a global leader in fund administration and asset servicing. Before that, he served as Chief Operating Officer for BNY Mellon’s Securities Services and Digital business, where he led strategy, pricing, digital transformation, and client delivery across global markets. Mike also held senior leadership roles at Invesco, including Global Head of Investment and Distribution Services and Chief Digital Officer.
