Nick Maher

Senior Corporate Counsel

As Senior Corporate Counsel for Trimont, Mr. Maher is responsible for overseeing Trimont’s day-to-day global legal operations, including the delivery of Trimont’s client-facing legal services.

Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director of Credit Administration for Trimont in EMEA, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of Trimont’s loan servicing, loan operations and facility and security agency functions across the EMEA region. Previous to that, Mr. Maher served as Managing Director on Trimont’s Legal & Compliance team where he worked closely with Trimont’s Investment Advisory, Credit & Asset Management and Credit Administration teams.

Prior to joining Trimont in 2020, Mr. Maher was a partner at Rosling King in the City of London before moving to Mount Street where he served as an Executive Director. He is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and is a member of The Law Society of Ireland. He has significant experience in commercial real estate financing, restructuring and workouts.
