Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Tom Diemer leads Trimont’s global finance team responsible for financial reporting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, investor reporting and balance sheet management. His strategic oversight is instrumental in maintaining the firm’s financial health and ensuring the implementation of robust strategies that support Trimont’s growth and profitability.

Tom serves on the firm’s Executive Management, Compensation, 401K, Investment and Risk committees, contributing his expertise to key decision-making processes across the organization.

Tom joined Trimont in 2026, bringing more than 30 years of experience covering finance, accounting, risk management, operations, asset management, and leadership development. Prior to Trimont, he served a number of roles, including CFO and CRO, at Security Benefit, where he oversaw the finance, risk, and cybersecurity functions for a rapidly expanding privately-owned life and annuity company.
