Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, Usha is responsible for leading Trimont’s global People and Culture strategy, overseeing all aspects of human capital management to support the firm’s growth and operational excellence. Her role is critical in promoting a values-driven culture and implementing forward-thinking people strategies that enable business success across the organization.

Usha serves on the firm’s Executive Management Committee and oversees a comprehensive portfolio of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, diversity, equity and inclusion, payroll, compensation, benefits, M&A integration, and HR operations.

With more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, Usha brings extensive expertise from senior roles across the United States, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and India. Prior to joining Trimont in 2025, she held executive HR positions at Honeywell, Orbia, Tupperware Brands, Kimberly-Clark, Dow Chemical, and General Electric. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Warren Equity Partners, a private equity firm.
