UPCOMING WEBINAR

As commercial real estate enters a pivotal phase, industry leaders are asking: Are we approaching a new peak, or are we simply adjusting to a lower ceiling? With the Federal Reserve signaling changes in monetary policy and refinancing conditions easing, the CRE market faces a complex mix of opportunity and constraint. The question remains—are today’s fundamentals as strong as they will be, or is there further upside (or risk) ahead?

Join Brian Bailey, Trimont’s Head of Research, for an in-depth, data-driven discussion on the forces impacting CRE in 2026. This session will leverage Trimont’s proprietary analytics to examine the latest economic indicators, including the effects of a “jobless recovery,” evolving immigration patterns, consumer stress, and the implications of the most recent FOMC meeting for rates, refinancing, and asset performance.
