Rachel Morgan

Executive Managing Director, Development

As Executive Managing Director of Development for Trimont, Ms. Morgan is responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational, service, and continuous improvement strategies for the company globally.

Relevant Experience

Ms. Morgan has more than 20 years’ through-cycle experience in underwriting, financing, servicing asset-backed loans and managing investments in Europe in senior positions at institutions including Zetland Capital, Morgan Stanley and Mount Street.

Prior to joining Trimont in 2023, Rachel was Partner at Zetland Capital, a private equity firm, and accountable for establishing the strategy and best practices to identify, structure and realise the asset backed investments of the firm. Previous to that, at Mount Street, Rachel was Head of European Special Servicing, where she developed and ran a team that managed a portfolio of defaulted loans totalling over GBP 4bn, with related assets in jurisdictions throughout Europe and the Nordics.

Prior to this, Rachel served as Head of Primary Servicing at Morgan Stanley Europe for eight years, and worked at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate and Coastal Capital Real Estate Advisors.
