Shavonne Gammage

Chief People Officer

As the Chief People Officer for Trimont, Ms. Gammage provides global leadership for people strategy and HR function. Based in Atlanta, she serves on the firm’s executive management committee and is a member of the senior leadership group.

Ms. Gammage brings a wealth of experience in building high-performing cultures, driving DEI initiatives, leading organizational development and driving streamlined human resources processes, in both the U.S. and international markets.

Her career includes HR and talent management leadership roles at Engle Martin and Associates, Kellen, First Data Corporation, Insurance House and Target. In addition, Ms. Gammage holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University, Professional HR (PHR) certification, and is certified as a Myers-Briggs personality practitioner.
