Dean Harris

Executive Managing Director, Services and Advisory

As Executive Managing Director of Services and Advisory for Trimont’s International business group, Mr. Harris is responsible for aligning financial performance with company goals, executing corporate strategy, leading change management, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with other senior leaders to align services with business objectives.

He also serves on the firm’s executive management committee, and is a member of the senior leadership group, working closely with Trimont’s professionals around the world in developing, integrating and executing the company’s strategy.

Mr. Harris has worked in the financial sector for 30 years, with 20+ years in real estate lending. He has a proven track record in loan portfolio management, credit analysis, debt restructuring and recovery.

Prior to joining Trimont in 2019, Mr. Harris was Head of Asset Management at Situs in London where he led a team of professionals managing CRE loans of approximately EUR 10B. He played an instrumental role in not only setting up and running their loan asset management platform, but overseeing the business relationship with several key clients. Mr. Harris currently serves on the Board of Advisors for CREFC-Europe.
